Eleven participants, lead by Steve Jonas, recently completed a DSWA Instructor Training Course here in Dummerston, Vermont. The two-day course included guidelines and tips for, and practice conducting, a successful dry stone walling workshop. The Instructor Course is open to anyone who has achieved Level 2, or higher, in the DSWA Craftsman Certification Scheme. Those interested in attending a future course should contact the Stone Trust for details.

Can't wait to be part of the group. I've been visualizing passing my Level 2 for months. T.J.

See you April 30 for testing. There are four, Level 1 and four, Level 2 registered. I'm sure it won't be long before there are enough people interested to have another Instructor Training Course.

  3. Great job team. Nice to see so many come together to help learn key skills for training. Good job guys! Count me in for the next group. Can't wait to see Stone Trust in April 30th. Did you send all the guys home with Maple Syrup?

  4. Looking forward to seeing you on test day, Mark. Two guys did leave for home with small jugs of our syrup(it probably got drunk before crossing the state line).
