Kansas Sculpture Preparations



Ground was broken on Monday outside the Beach Museum.  Twelve students dug the footing hole and prepared a crushed stone base for the sculpture.
They made "half-products" in the stone staging area by hammer-trimming rough quarry materials into ready-to-lay stone.
